It focuses on work and its organization and refers to collective risk prevention. It involves taking into account all risk factors in work situations. It results in a risk assessment, an in-depth diagnosis, and an action plan. This approach is preferable because it is the most effective in the long term, both in terms of employee health and the quality of public service. Its implementation by the employer is necessary to meet their regulatory obligations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Secondary prevention<\/strong> of occupational risks consists of conducting screening and monitoring activities, both individually and collectively, in particular through preventive medicine, in order to detect the onset of disorders as early as possible so that risk factors can be addressed and dealt with.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Tertiary prevention<\/strong> of occupational risks refers to actions taken after an accident has occurred to limit its consequences and promote continued employment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To be effective, prevention measures must address these three areas in a complementary manner.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>The 9 general principles of prevention<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> Avoid risks;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> Assess risks that cannot be avoided;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> Combating risks at source;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> Adapt work to people, particularly with regard to the design of workstations and the choice of work equipment and working and production methods, with a view in particular to limiting monotonous work and work at a set pace and reducing their effects on health;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong> Take into account the state of the art;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>6.<\/strong> Replace what is dangerous with what is not dangerous or with what is less dangerous;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>7.<\/strong> Plan prevention by integrating, into a coherent whole, technology, work organization, working conditions, social relations, and the influence of environmental factors, in particular risks related to moral harassment and sexual harassment, as defined in Articles L1152-1 and L1153-1, as well as those related to sexist behavior as defined in Article L1142-2-1;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>8.<\/strong> Take collective protective measures, giving them priority over individual protective measures;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>9.<\/strong> Provide appropriate instructions to agents.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>II \u2013 CHAIN OF RESPONSIBILITY<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>III \u2013 DEFINITION OF THE ROLE OF THE PRODUCTION MANAGER<\/h4>\n<h4>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0ACCORDING TO THE CCN FILM PRODUCTION<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hired by the production company to make a film, he represents the producer during preparation, at the end of filming, and, if necessary, until the standard copy is made.
